Cleaning the build up of Gluten Out!

So you are aware that you have or had a gluten intolerance or sensitivity or some call allergy to gluten.
Your fully aware that gluten is an issue. So your staying away from Gluten and feeling much better maybe even things are clearing that may have been aggravating you in the past. In some cases things are gone and completely cleared up. So now its time to get down and clean it out. I myself have done lots of cleanses however there is only one that I have used to clear out the build up that I have had due to an unforeseen gluten intolerance for approx. 25 yrs. The cleanse was for 5 days very easy and no pain, and very effective.
If you have a build up your nutrients will not be able to absorb efficiently. After doing the cleanse I feel and see that my stomach is flatter, congestion went away, elimination is so much better, and the best thing is I know I will be absorbing better. That in turns helps with yeast issues, bacteria, parasites if it would be an issue and any other health issues you may have. I also want to mention building the body up with good nutrients also helps to achieve Optimal Health and so I do supplement along with good food, it is a must in my experience. So as you see so many things line up due to cleaning out the build up. As you clean up your diet the build up stays at more of a minimal. As I say You Are What You Ate! Please let me know if you need any help finding the right cleanse for you. Here's to a Better Healthier You!

Gluten Specifics

If you have any of the following issues or problems, the cause or root of things can very possibly be gluten. And if you do you owe it to your self to try and eliminate gluten from your diet for at least 30 days or more like 90 days to see if the issues or problems improve. If it does go ahead and eliminate for 1 yr. Here a some things gluten can cause. These are ideas; dermatitis (all types), skin issues psoriasis, irritable bowel, celiac, eczema, acne, asthma, hives, epilepsy, weight loss, or gain, bloating, anemia, headaches, autism, giardia, ulcers, lupus, multiple sclerosis, osteoporosis, heartburn, reflux, arthritis, ibs, diabetes, chronic fatigue, fibromalgia, uncontrolled muscle coordination, also masquerades as difficulty in walking, tremors, slurred speech, uncontrolled leg movements, drooling, and even flashing vision. Now in children it can be neurological. Maybe they can't concentrate or perform. if they have add, adhd, autism, anxiety, seizures, tics, depression, test them. Simply eliminate gluten for 30 days and if they show signs of improvement try the gluten-free diet for 6mths to 1 year. So you really have nothing to lose, if wheat and gluten are not the root or cause of any of the problems you still would have done your family a true favor by teaching them or showing them they can live without processed foods.

If You Are Gluten Sensitive

Gluten can cause a variety of ailments, from allergies to paralysis. If you choose to eliminate gluten from your diet by the end of 30 days you are feeling better when you could never before, simply eliminate it for 1 yr. If you are sensitive after 6-12 months on a gluten-free diet you will become a new person. Same can go for kids, grandkids. How does a person know? It is getting to be so common now, due to the genetically engineered grains. Each person can try eliminating gluten for a least 30 days and see if either small symptoms they have or bigger symptoms they have disappear. No matter what medical testing has shown them to have.
It can simply be caused by gluten. What the gluten does is simply coat the villi in the small intestine and not allowing your nutrients from your foods to get absorb into your body. Therefore causing your body not to be nourished and fed to support your organs. Lets face it something has to give and become weak when the body dosen't get what it needs on a daily basis. Next I will be talking about cleaning the coating out and building up the body with a gluten-free diet and your body getting the nutrients it desires.

The Gluten Connection~What Can You Do to Help Yourself?

The answer is simple, rather old fashioned. It is the Elimination Diet. Very Simple-just eliminate gluten for a month and see how you feel. With the processed food industry plentiful this simple test can be hard if you choose not avoid these products. Gluten is now in alot of processed foods. So for 30 days you will eat real foods only, with nothing out of a package! You will actually have to eat meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds-not exactly means of starvation. Sometimes it takes some people more than 30 days to overcome the effects of gluten, by the end of this time, you will know if you are on to something. The question is how many people suffer from gluten sensitivity? Experts feel the number is approx 1 out of 150. That is big number, huge! Also remember gluten is used in boxed, packaged, and canned processed foods.

What Gluten is?

Gluten is a vegetable protein-most commonly known as wheat protein. It is found primarily in wheat, rye, & barley. But is not limited to just theses grains. Today, grains(even organis) are genetically engineered to have a high gluten content. It allows you to bake wonderful bread and items that is crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. But gluten has a not so good side. Many people are allergic or sensitive to it. If you are completely allergic to it, the diagnosis is usually Celiac disease. If you are sensitive to it, you will or can become chronically sick and or disabled. Some people will go through life never knowing the connection; your doctor may never discover the connection; and sometimes endure endless not necessary medical treatments. Medical gluten tests usually turn up positive after the intestinal linings have been all but destroyed. So you can be left not knowing out in the cold, and having to think on your own and outside the box. So you ask yourself What can I do?  The answer is simple~ until tomorrow.
